These little lots get a "little
damp" when the Mississippi River floods. I bought lot 5 in
the summer of 2003 from a private owner. It took the rest of the
year to haul off tons of trash, including a dilapidated
structure. I received a Certificate of Purchase on the adjacent
lot at the 2004 tax sale.
Now, both are pleasant grass covered yards. |
