Matt,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM: Matt Irwin of Roadside Memory fame started this fine Open Mic Night at The Camp with several originals and a cover of Gavin Degraw's "Chariot."  Matt's keyboard and vocal versions of his original songs are very good. After "The Looking Glass," he did "Eyes of a Sinner," "I Died for You," and "The Offering."  Matt rocks!

DICK:  Matt sucks!
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: As always, Matt looked pretty cool.

Jason,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM: Jason Ryan, bass player for Prom Night Heroes, brought his fine vocal and acoustic guitar to The Camp in "Bob Camp" mode.  "Bob" Jason started with "Chariots" and continued with one of the finest original songs I've heard at The Camp - "September."  Lyrics include "September has gone on too long."  Jason ought to record that tune.  "Bob" Jason continued with The Beatle's "Across the Universe," which was fine.

DICK:  Jason sucks!
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: Jason looked really "Bob Campish" tonight.
"Bob" Jason

Jason & Leon,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  "Bob" Jason (vocals) was joined by "Gangsta" Leon (vocals, acoustic) and Baxter (balls) for a fantastic cover of Neil Young's "Ohio."  They were great!

DICK:  Jason & Leon suck!  Baxter, too! But he licks more often.
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: These guys looked great and really put on a show.

Leon,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  "Gangsta" Leon stayed on stage for a disgustingly antisocial set of tunes, including "Stray Cat Strut," "Hot Pussy," and a new shitty song by David Alan Cole - "Fuckin' In the Butt."  Leon said that tune would be up for rebuttal soon.  Leon finished with a mellow cover of "Fire on the Mountain."

DICK:  Leon sucks!
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: What is the deal with Leon's sweater.  It looked like a plain gray sweater without the shiny spots.  That's weird!
Leon's aura

Krystle,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  Krystle Bergjans brought her excellent vocal and acoustic performance to The Camp with her fan club.  Krystle started with an original "Hearts of Krystle" and continued with a perfect cover of Stevie Ray Vaughan's "Life By the Drop" and the Beatles' "Lady Madonna."  Krystle finished with a rebuttal to Leon with her original "The Man Song."  Krystle says "Leon is so dead next week!!!!  Stop looking at my crotch."  I can't wait for next week or stop looking, either.

DICK:  Krystle sucks!  "The Man Song" sucks.
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: Krystle looked better than ever.  But, I don't think she liked Leon's tunes.

Brandon,   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  "Falling" Brandon Glenn brought his unique vocal and acoustic show to The Camp for an odd set of perfect acoustic guitar playing with some "fucked up drunk as shit vocals."  Brandon can put on a show.  He's plumb nuts!

DICK:  Brandon sucks!  What's with the falling down?
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY:  Brandon looked cool in his black jacket, shirt and pants.

Bob   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  Bob Camp ended the evening with some fine acoustic and vocal covers and true life stories.  After "Jesus Was a Capricorn" and Billy Swan's "Please come back."  Bob said Billy Swan lived practically next door to The Camp on Mill hill.  He moved to Nashville and was a janitor for Capital Records.  Bob's stories are entertaining and true.  Bob returned to the stage for "The Voice" and Rainy Night in Georgia.

DICK:  Bob sucks!  If I wanted to hear stories I'd resurrect Mr. Rodgers.
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: Bob looked a little like Jason tonight.
Bob

Akira   Crowd: CampCampCampCamp
TOM:  Akira returned to The Camp with his wonderful mellow acoustic and vocal cover of "Only You" and a duet with dancing Bob.

DICK:  Akira sucks!
Oh.... And, death to America!

HAIRY: Akira looked cool in his trademark headgear.
Akira

The Crowd: The crowd was really cool tonight.
