| Since 1994, Ive been buying properties on the Cape Girardeau County Courthouse steps. Since then, I've
acquired many lots, cleaned up their land and title, and even converted some from eyesores to
parks. I consider these properties sort of a
"retirement fund" and an excuse to get outdoors. I've designated
some areas as nature preserves.
These help wildlife find a home in a rapidly urbanizing area. My lot near
I-55 is a haven for critters stressed by growing subdivisions and a
very nice golf course. I've left a full acre of my Rand Street
property to nature. I currently
have several lots
for sale. Any buyer should realize I can give Warranty Deeds
